The Pump House is situated on a working estate in West Sussex. Formerly the Pump House to an old manor house, it has just been transformed in to a luxury 2 bedroom holiday cottage with an additional sleeping loft. It's the perfect romantic getaway or family bolthole. Every effort has been made to maintain the original character of the building by using reclaimed and sustainably sourced materials and local craftsmen. Located at the end of a private drive, the Pump House is a home away from home.

It is situated only a short walk from Dorking town centre with its independent shops, Michelin starred restaurant and traditional pubs. Ideal for walkers and cyclists, the village has an award winning real ale pub with great food, a village shop and an Indian restaurant. There are nature reserves and stunning walks and only 15 minutes from Gatwick, access to the airport couldn’t be easier. The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.

Beautiful, peaceful retreat, literally surrounded by nature. Step outside the secure gates directly onto Pitch Hill, famed for its mountain bike and walking tracks. This stone cottage really is a retreat! In summer there is a lovely outside decked area with an undercover eating area looking out onto the gardens. In winter, snuggle up on the sofa's in front of the log burner. This is an upside down house to make the most of the wonderful forest, countryside views.
