It is situated in the heart of North Norfolk being only 20 minutes from the sea . Norfolk is mainly an agricultural county with many farms and quaint villages and amazing coastline . From here you are also only 25-30 minutes from Norwich the Main City which is of great historic interest with a castle & two cathedrals , it also has a great market and great shopping .

A light spacious barn conversion set in open countryside, 15 mins drive from the Georgian market town of Holt and the beach at Sheringham. Some noise may be heard within bedroom as bedroom from adjoining cottage is directly above. Set back from a small, quiet country lane in an area renowned for birdwatching, walking and cycling. Close to National Trust estates of Felbrigg and Blickling and country pubs at Wolterton (2.4 miles) and Itteringham, which also has a very good village shop/cafe.

The Pump House luxury self contained rural retreat

The Pump House is beautifully refurbished to a very high standard providing guests with a delightful and cosy home-from-home. There is a spacious bedroom with a King size bed, a modern bathroom fitted with walk-in waterfall shower. The living room has a wood burner, comfortable sofas and large dining table. Nestled in the trees with stunning views down into a hidden, valley. Binoculars are provided to enjoy the Barn Owls, Kites, deer, foxes, badgers, rabbits, hares and squirrels that inhabit the valley. The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'wanet edged' wood. A fully fitted kitchen, mood lighting and a wood burning stove complete the cabin-in-the-woods romance of these gorgeous luxury hideaways.

Steve & Angie are your hosts at Spurrell’s Retreat… a unique, self-contained, high-tech holiday accommodation, created, as part of our renovation of Manor House Farm. The Retreat offers stylish, peaceful and relaxing accommodation for two adults, open plan living/sleeping, a private raised patio with fire pit and gas BBQ, a separate kitchen with electric oven, hob, fridge, and dishwasher, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and sauna, all WiFi and audio connected. National Trust properties are a short drive away, as well as the wealth of beautiful Norfolk beaches and Cromer Pier (with its pier shows and famous Cromer crabs).
