As you enter the ivy-covered Balinese gates, be prepared to be transported into another world! Also be prepared to walk the steps to the top. (70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. We have created a little tribute to our favorite places - Indonesia, Morocco, Spain and Mexico. The house is close to hospitals such as Casey & St John of God and close to Berwick Village where there's great restaurants, boutiques & Botanical Gardens to explore.

Our property is ideal for a couple, situated on the GROUND FLOOR, (we leave on the second floor) completely privet, by acoustic divide wall, with all the comforts of home. The area is full of coffee shops, unique little gem shops and treasures, great restaurants award winning distillery and a cinema.

Warneet Retreat

Warneet retreat is a cosy little home away from home. It's ideal for couples or singles. It has a queen size bed. Well behaved dogs are welcome! It's separate from the main house and has front and back doors, a fenced deck and barbecue area. There is a hairdryer, ironing board and iron supplied. The kitchen has a large fridge, electric cook top and microwave oven. Relax in front of the 50 inch TV, watch Netflix or play a game.The retreat is heated and cooled by a split system.
