Please respect with the apartment as well as neighbors respectful and quiet. The apartment is a non smoking apartment and no parties are allowed. I live in the same house opposite and am always reachable if there are any questions or problems. The subway U8 Schönleinstrasse is 3 minutes away on foot. The subway U1 / U3 Kottbusser Tor is 5 minutes away on foot. With these two subway you can quickly reach Berlin (Alexanderplatz, Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshein). Grocery shopping is right around the corner of the apartment (Lidl / Netto supermarket), as well as the famous Turkish market on Maybachufer. Just around the corner is the Graefestrasse. In this there are numerous cafes and restaurants around for day or evening to enjoy. The Admiralsbrücke (2min) is a popular meeting place and a central place to meet and listen to street musicians. Within walking distance you can quickly over Kottbusser Damm Hermannplatz, the Hassenheide and the Tempelhofes field is as a recreation area within walking distance. Just as exciting Neukölln is the Schillerpromenade (with the U-8 two stops) with its bars and restaurants. Das Apartment ist ein Nichtraucher Apartment und es sind keine Partys gestattet. Ich lebe im selben Haus gegenüber und bin immer zu erreichen, wenn es fragen oder Probleme geben sollte. My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Mini Apartment Altbau Prenzlauer Berg

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

My apartment in the heart of Mitte is cozy, bright, and fully equipped. The bedroom has a small double bed (120 cm), plus a sofa bed with linens provided. Fast Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, washer, dishwasher, water filter, toaster, and coffee essentials with a pour-over set are included. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with shampoo and shower gel. Windows face inner courtyards, so it’s quiet, while wooden floors, jute rugs, and warm lighting create a relaxing atmosphere.

Maybach Apartment - Location. Design. Comfort

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

Studio Berlin Center

The studio apartment in Berlin Mitte is located between Hackesche Höfe and Kollwitzplatz, Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz (U2) and Rosenthaler Platz (U8). It's just a short walk to Berlin Cathedral and Museum Island, as well as Alexanderplatz and Kastanienallee. The apartment features a private kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, mini-oven, and water-boiler; a bathroom with a shower; a bedroom with a queen-size bed (1.60m wide) for 1-2 people; and TV with fire TVstick and Wi-Fi.

In the living room there is a separate sofa bed, which is in no way inferior to a comfortable bed. You should not be missing anything during your stay, so everything is taken care of, such as bed linen, towels, WiFi, Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machines and fresh beans.

Desde nuestro departamento puedes llegar a todas las esquinas de la ciudad, caminando, en bicicleta o por tren, con la estación “Alexanderplatz” a unos minutos. Y con un solo tranvía llegas a la estación central del que puedes viajar a otros países europeos. Con un solo Ubann llegas a Kadewe. Y en medio de las áreas de “Prenzlauerberg” y “Mitte”

Ideal um die Stadt zu erkunden oder als Rückzugsort zum Arbeiten. Meine Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse und ist mit allem ausgestattet das Du brauchst. Es gibt einen Park um die Ecke, und es sind nur 200m zum Spreeufer. Alexanderplatz, Museumsinsel und Humboldforum sind zu Fuß erreichbar, U- und S-Bahn in direkter Nähe. Es ist meine Wohnung, kein kommerzielles Airbnb. Rauchverbot in Wohnung und Haus!
