A 19th Century updated character cottage with many beams and a vaulted ceiling to the main bedroom. Ideally located, it is only a one minute walk to local shops and restaurants. Legoland and Windsor are only a 30 minute drive away. Also available (on request) is a third cosy separate twin bedroom occupying a converted building in the garden providing two single beds and WC. With the log burner, comfortable beds and off-road parking this is the perfect getaway! Dogs welcome (£30 fee payable).

We are just off the St Swithun's way with Jane Austen's house just a 15 min drive away. We are ideally situated for those attending weddings locally, wanting to explore the local Hampshire countryside or just to relax and recharge. Beyond the courtyard, you can explore a private field with a lake. Located on the edge of the South Downs National Park, there are plenty of walking routes through fields and woodland. Isington is a quiet hamlet, conveniently located between Farnham and Alton. Bentley station (just over one hour to London Waterloo) is a 15 minute walk.

Welcome to The Annexe, our 2-level detached annexe next to our family home. It is quiet, light and spacious, suitable for both home working and relaxing. It is easy to explore Farnham and the beautiful countryside on our doorstep. Guests who stay with us attend weddings nearby, are working locally, visiting friends and family or breaking up their journey if travelling from further afield. We are very close to Frensham Ponds, Alice Holt Forest & Hankley Common. We can accommodate late bookings.

The Cabin is a self contained space in the garden of a rural cottage in The South Downs National Park. It consists of a kitchen with oven/hob, fridge and microwave and table and chairs. A bathroom with a shower. A large space with a double bed, sofa, wood burner and tv, there is also a camp bed or travel cot available. It sits beautifully with views of fields and has access out of the back gate to Alice Holt Forest containing a historical arboretum, Go ape and the popular Gruffalo trail.
