Cozy Larkspur Cabaña

The Cabaña is a detached 325 square feet studio apartment with a full bath and kitchenette located in our expansive front yard with a separate entrance for our guests. It is ideal for 1-2 travelers. There is a private patio which in warm weather extends the space. I have completely repainted the interior and redecorated with all new furnishings. There is a new bed and new plush firm mattress, new curtains and window shades, new lamps, leather chairs, refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven.

The main front room can easily accommodate small gatherings. Cooking in the complete kitchen is a pleasure. This is a truly special residence in an unforgettable natural setting.
