This studio apartment is equipped with a new full kitchenette, luxury bathroom and dedicated super fast wifi with a small outdoor patio. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in downtown Kirkland close to parks, restaurants, shopping, walking trails and beautiful Lake Washington. With quick access to major highways, it is a 20 minute drive to downtown Seattle and upscale Bellevue.

The studio is in a detached garage that overlooks beautiful sunrises, the barn, pastures & the occasional deer stopping by to say "Hi". To ensure a warm & inviting stay, we've stocked up with good coffee, flannel sheets & lots of pillows & blankets. Cozy up by the fireplace & enjoy quiet, dark nights, perfect for listening to the neighborhood owls. Our hope is that you leave feeling rested and refreshed.

Welcome to our cozy guesthouse ADU located in the walkout basement of our newly built home. A quiet & safe neighborhood with quick access to highways 405 and 520. You can easily explore nearby Bellevue, Kirkland and the greater Seattle area. Please note, our Airbnb is located beneath our kitchen. We want to be upfront & transparent about this to set accurate expectations. Our weekdays start at 6.30/7am and you may hear us walking in the kitchen if you're sensitive to noise.
