Escape into serenity at our luxury seaside caravan in Port Seton with all the modern facilities you could desire, promising you a luxuriously comfortable and restful break. Our caravan has it own unique style and suitable for that short family break, get-together with extended family and friends, a couples retreat or a grown-up s weekend away, we have everything you need to ensure your troubles are left at the door and can truly enjoy your vacation time whatever the circumstance. Whether you choose to jump right in and enjoy all the activities and entertainment available onsite keeping the kiddies and those big kids happy for hours, prefer a laid back and quiet break away from all the hustle and bustle, dig out those hiking boots for a trek through the Pentland Hills, or opt to venture out and explore the surrounding areas such as the City of Edinburgh, follow the coastal route to North Berwick, visit Dalkeith Country Park and Go-Ape or attend an exciting event at Musselburgh Racecourse there really is something for everyone. The caravan has a master double room with en-suite and 2x twin bedrooms, sleeping 6 in total, she is plenty big for all combinations of family and friends. Her beautiful and newly refurbished interior offers comfort and luxury with a nice slice of fun! Our self-catering caravan comes fully loaded with everything you will ever need to enjoy a getaway, including: - Super-fast 5G WIFI and smart televisions in living and master - Beautifully presented interior with full, gated deck outside, patio furniture to enjoy those magical moments in the sunshine - Fully equipped kitchen including full size fridge/freeze; kettle/toaster; hob/oven; microwave; coffee machine with pods; air fryer; toastie machine and cleaning products - Pre-programmed, thermostatically controlled heating system to ensure you never go cold or (dare I say) overheat - All bedding and towels come as standard - Hairdryer - Master bathroom with walk-in shower Our caravan is truly a home away from home, we strive for the highest quality of goods, cleanliness and comfort, we will go that extra mile to ensure you have everything you need to enjoy your trip with us. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There is parking beside the caravan suitable for 2 cars only. - Pets are not allowed at the property. - Haven Play Passes are not included with the property but can be purchased directly from Haven should you desire. 6 bed Edinburgh chalet only minutes from beach

Our modern Chalet sits in the Haven Resort at Seton Sands in a quiet discrete spot, very close to reception and all the amenities. There is a double bedroom with ensuite and two twin bedrooms. We have a large lounge area with comfortable seating for up to 6 people. There is free parking and a local bus service going right to the heart of Edinburgh. Passes can be purchased to use all the facilities of the Haven Resort, including swimming pools, restaurants and bars. Free wifi within the resort.

Relax as a couple or family at this peaceful place to stay in the heart of the Scottish Borders. Sit back and unwind in the hot tub whilst enjoying a 26 mile view. Located a 4 minute drive from the lovely town of Kelso, 40mins from Berwick upon Tweed and about an hour from Edinburgh - it's a great base to explore the whole area! Haggerston Castle Lakeside Luxury Lodge

Enjoy some luxury in this top-of-the-range Pemberton Rivendale Lodge. This large 20ft x 40ft lodge (the size of two caravans) is on the lake-front and has a huge south-facing wraparound decking which is the biggest on park. Complete with rattan garden furniture which means you can comfortably enjoy the sunshine all day long. This lodge has a high specification interior complete with a fully fitted kitchen including American-Style fridge freezer, full-size dishwasher and washer-dryer.

Orchard Hideaway is a perfect place for couples or a family. Panoramic views over looking the Tweed Valley to the Cheviots on the horizon. Open plan kitchen/ dining /sitting room / large windows, wood burner. The outside. Hot tub is fired by wood and perfect for relaxation. Kelso, a charming market town with Floors castle, Kelso Abbey - 4 miles. This year an inside Padel court has been built in the shed and booking is essential. Tennis court , no booking required for tennis. BBQ.

The New Farmhouse

A fabulous lodge set in its own private grounds with glorious views all round. It sleeps 8 comfortably in 3 bedrooms and a double sofa bed and with a cosy wood burning stove it offers a wonderful home from home for all your friends and family. Nestled at the edge of the Scottish Borders, you are less than 2 miles from Biggar where you will find everything you need for a memorable holiday. Lots for the whole family to enjoy including museums, castles, mountain biking and golf.

The Bothy

Situated in a quiet courtyard in the borders town of Coldstream. Ideal for walkers, golfers, fishing or just visiting the historic Scottish borders. Only 4 miles from Flodden battlefield, Kelso 10 miles Berwick 14 miles, Edinburgh less than an hour away. 2 Local pubs to chose from all within 5 minutes walk. The name Bothy means a refuge for travelers. The price includes airbnb's charges which I can do nothing about, we charge £70 per night the rest is airbnb commission.
