The Cottage - Berry House

Nestled among old heritage gardens on 5 acres near Morpeth in the Hunter Valley, this gorgeous cottage is part of the Berry House Estate built in 1857. Cosy up and unwind, or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool and sauna, explore the gardens, collect some farm fresh eggs, feed the sheep or just chill. Delightful spot for kids with friendly cat and two dogs.

Goosewing Homestead Hunter Valley

Our Homestead and Cottage (please see our Goosewing Cottage listing too) are fully self-contained, architect-designed and immaculately presented. We are located in the peaceful, picturesque rural township of Mount View, around a 15-20 minute drive from Pokolbin. We are surrounded by neighbouring farms, lush, rolling pastures and an abundance of native wildlife. The stunning Homestead has panoramic views over the Brokenback Ranges and surrounding countryside, as well as its own private pool.

Self-contained with two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other has your choice of king or twin beds. A large living area with a slow combustion wood burning fire and reverse cycle air-conditioning. The bedrooms have ceiling fans and electric blankets for cool winter nights. Equipped kitchen with stove top, oven, microwave and full size fridge. There's a BBQ on your own outdoor balcony, where you can enjoy the glorious view of the sun setting over the vineyard. 2 Bedroom Villa - Beltana Villas Pokolbin

Individual 2-Bedroom Villa which can accommodate up to 6 persons. The rate includes up to 6 persons. If more than 4 please let us know so that we can make up the sofa bed. There are 2 bedrooms both with Queen size beds, approximately 1.6m (W) x 2.0m (L). Plus there is a double sofa bed which can sleep 2 adults. Each villa has a seasonal wood burning combustion fire, kitchen (no oven), 2 Burner stove top, and hooded BBQ on the verandah. There are 2 full bathrooms, one includes a bath.
