Short walk from a sporting oval, local pub, grocery store and great food, including gourmet pizza, Indian, Chinese, fish & chips etc. Wagga City Centre is only a 5 min drive from the house and is full of great restaurants, cafes, retail stores and bars. Wagga Beach and Lake Albert are only a short drive and both have great walking tracks and BBQ areas.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish 2 bedroomed villa behind the main house. The villa is fenced and separated from the main house for privacy and convenience, accessible via left side gate. Located in Glenfield Park, a convenient 10 minute drive to Kapooka Army Base, central Wagga and Wagga Base Hospital. A short 2 minute drive to South City Shopping Centre, Coles, Aldi, Pharmacy, BWS, KFC, and take away food options. Wagga Rules Club, with EV charging is 3 minutes drive away

The Patch - self-contained flat in Griffith

The Patch is a self-contained granny flat with a private entrance, a well-equipped mini-kitchen, Wi-Fi, an ensuite, and aircon. It is suited for a single person, a couple, or two friends who stay in Griffith for a short or long term. The bed can be changed into two single beds or one King-Size bed. There is a small supermarket not far away, and the centre of Griffith is a short drive away. We enjoy a short walk to the Scenic Hills and park. Please ask for any suggestions about Griffith.

Amelia Grace Cottage is a self contained 1 bedroom cottage just on the outskirts of beautiful Lake Albert. Amelia Grace also has a very comfy pull out sofa bed, for those extra guest's if required. Set on 7 acres and just a 4 minute drive to Lake Albert and a 15 minute drive to CBD of Wagga Wagga. The property boasts beautiful gardens with plenty of fur babies too love. We pride ourselves on offering that little bit extra, other than just a place to stay.
