Also within easy reach of the beautiful, historic cities of Cambridge and St Albans while London is a 35 minute train journey from the local station. Significant sites of Knebworth, Hatfield House and Bletchley Park all close by. A perfect mix of peace, interest and convenience.

There’s a comfortable spot to work or catch up on emails, plus a secluded garden and sunny courtyard to unwind in. The surrounding countryside is perfect for woodland walks, cycling, and four-legged friends are very welcome.

Pear Tree Cottage is one of our two holiday cottages at Upper Wood End Farm. It provides: - Fully equipped kitchen, with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. - Dining/sitting room area with table, 2 chairs and large comfy sofa. - Beautifully tiled bathroom with shower - Gas central heating - Fully enclosed patio area with table and 2 chairs - Sofa bed for 3rd guest. £20 charge if required when only 2 guests.

The Old Piggery - tranquil garden guest cottage

A spacious and well-appointed guest house set in a beautiful garden in the heart of the Cambridgeshire village of Hail Weston. The property is dog-friendly and gives easy access to country walks and cycling (it is on National Cycle route 12) but is still only a 10 minute drive from St Neots train station with direct links to London and only a half hour bus or car drive to historic Cambridge. Also, a 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive into the market town of St Neots.

One of three Dovecote Self-Catering cottages situated around a shared courtyard. Located on an arable farm on the edge of Harrold, a pretty North Bedfordshire village. The most romantic of our cottages, it was converted from an old dovecote. On the ground floor is an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a glass door out onto a paddock. Upstairs is an ensuite master bedroom featuring a dramatic high ceiling with exposed beams.

Guests will have the ground floor of the cottage to themselves, comprising of a fully fitted kitchen with a fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The downstairs can be isolated by guest locking the bedroom and living room doors. The upstairs of the cottage is used by the hosts ( home office) - this is accessed via the front door. Our aim is to ensure guests have total privacy in the ground floor of the cottage.

The Grange Gatehouse is a luxury one bedroom barn conversion located in the grounds of the Grange. It is nestled in glorious open countryside on the Bedfordshire/Cambridgeshire border. There is excellent walking, cycling, country pubs and adventure activities close by. It has a private garden, beamed ceilings and a super king sized bed with beautiful bed linen.
