The Old Music Room

The Old Music Room is in the beautiful and special village of Geldeston, in the Broads National Park. It’s a super-insulated ecologically-built guest house clad in traditional oak boarding, with a living wild-flower roof and stunning views directly out over the Waveney Valley. Geldeston is a glorious place to be and enjoyed by many visitors. The village is on the river Waveney with lots of places to access the river, very popular with walkers, cyclists and boaters. Walking distance to 2 pubs.

This cosy well equipped two bedroom home, with spacious through lounge dinner has a 50" internet TV and Wi-Fi, a toilet upstairs and downstairs and is the perfect place to relax with easy access to all the local buses, pubs, eateries and the riverside delights of Beccles Quay. The garden is dog-friendly, and it's unlikely that your furry friend will escape, unless they are exceptionally agile. The road does have parking permits but there are plenty of free parking spaces within close proximity.

The Old Hall Cow Shed is located on an idyllic organic smallholding surrounded by woodland in the beautiful Broads National Park. It is ideal for a family break, for small groups of cyclists or walkers or for a quiet break for a couple. It is fully equipped but does NOT have a TV. There are games, books, music, fresh air and an amazing pub just 15 minutes walk across the marshes. A unique space in a detached timber building arranged as a "Cabinet of Curiosities" (BEWARE Some are quite scary). The space is heated by a wood burner. There is a sleeping loft with double mattress, It has WIFI. pool, sauna and hot tub.
