The Tranquil Treehouse is the perfect place to unplug, relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature by the lake! The large deck is a great place to read a book, grill out or enjoy a morning cup of coffee! Even rainy days are peaceful at the treehouse due to the natural lullaby of the rain on the red tin roof. The lake is only 150 yards from the house. We have 2 kayaks for guests on carts for the short walk to the shore. Come soak up the sun in the crystal clear water this lake is famous for!

Wake up to paradise with lake views from both bedrooms and 3 private decks! This spacious, 1,700 square foot remodeled townhome is located on Lake Rayburn, and it comes with 2 kayaks, paddleboard, and canoe. It is only 1/4 mile off highway 71 with easy access to the Back 40, Little Sugar Bike Trail, Bentonville bike trails, and golf courses. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs. The master bedroom even has an adjustable king bed to help you recover from all your activities!

The Treehouse Bungalow was personally renovated and designed by your hosts, Steve and M over the last year. All of the spaces are brand new and exude comfort & peace. From the cozy living room with electric fire place to the spacious deck facing the woods. You will find several, separate areas to make your own. Guest(s) will have one parking space, and a private entrance to their suite which features: a living area, kitchenette, patio and shared access to the Lake.
