Located in Port Ritchey FL, the villa sleeps 8 with a Sunroom & Lanai sitting area, and a garage / gaming area for the kids. It’s north from the famous beaches in St. Petersburg, and 30mins to Tarpon Springs. Our home is centrally located and minutes away from restaurants, shopping and near by Hudson beach. Plus some of Florida's most famous springs with manatees and other wildlife's to see.

The home is located in a calm and quiet family neighborhood, within a 5-10 minute drive from New Port Richey Downtown, restaurants and market places. This home is perfect for a family with kids, a group of friends, travelers passing by or working professionals. We personally take care of it to keep it as we would want it for own family. A fully stocked kitchen and a grill will make you feel at home. Dogs are welcome, but read the rules before booking.

This beautifully decorated home is well stocked with anything you may need. There are 2 Kayaks, one two person and one single, 2 adult bikes, and fishing equipment.
