View multitudes of "flora and fauna" along with the fainting goats, chickens, rabbits & other critters of "The Farm". Go for a canoe or kayak trip and try your luck at catch & release fishing. Sleeps 1 person or 1 couple (1 bed). There is a TV. (Roku streaming) The stairs up to the apartment are steep and narrow. If you have mobility challenges climbing stairs, another location to stay could be worth considering. The bed in the apt is a standard full size bed - not a queen or king.

Tittabawassee River is a short jot down the road. Feel free to use the kayaks I provide. Enjoy coffee on the deck while watching the turkeys & deer. Enjoy yard games and the bonfire pit. Grill out using the gas grill provided. The Tridge and Dow Gardens are 5 miles away. Feel free to soak it all in :)

Great Location in the Bay City, West Side.

Our stairs leading up to the second story walk up are very steep. We are located in the city, so occasionally traffic sounds, as well as some - depending on the season - outside entertainment going on in the historic district. Our place is right above a bar/grill where the kitchen closes at 10 p.m. and the bar is usually closed at 11 p.m. unless there's a special event, etc requiring a little later close.
