Situated by one of the most beautiful viewpoints in the South Hams, on a hillside overlooking Salcombe Estuary, this lovely cottage has been in our family for three generations. Step outside the front door a few paces and the estuary is spread below you. Recently lovingly refurbished to a high standard, the cottage has two double bedrooms upstairs, one with an estuary view, while downstairs you will find a galley kitchen, a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, and a cosy lounge/dining room.

Nº 26 is another of the charming apartments we host within The Salcombe, the complex formerly The Salcombe Hotel. This one-bedroomed, studio-styled property – recently decorated in Susie Watson’s Swedish Grey - is situated in a prime position overlooking the superb views of Salcombe Harbour. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.
