Situated on the edge of Longleat, a stunning stately home and the UK's leading Safari Park. Also within easy reach of 2 World Heritage sites Stonehenge and Avebury, and the beautiful City of Bath offering a shining example of Roman and Georgian history. Visitor attractions include numerous National Trust sites within the area.

Tranquil lodge in beautiful working stables (4-8)

The Lodge is at the heart of the stables, surrounded by trees and fields with views of the Bristol Channel. Perfect for family trips or business retreats, the Lodge is a flexible space. It is a peaceful place to unwind, and also large enough to relax with friends. The bustling centre of Bristol is only a 10 min drive away. Inside, the lodge is warm and cosy and filled with quirky vintage furniture. I designed and built Gallop View almost from scratch. I now want everyone else to also enjoy it!

Wayside Lodges are from 1 to 3 bedrooms and sleep up to 6 people. We are quietly located next to our own private woodland but are within two minutes drive of the A342. The lodges all have a fitted kitchen and have beds made up with our linen but guests need to bring their own personal towels.
