Our beautiful light filled cabin with wood-burning fireplace is perched above our spring-fed 15 acre private lake next to the common outdoor lounge area and sand beach. We have 200 acres of gorgeous property with limestone boulders and hiking trails throughout. The lake is great for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and offers excellent fishing. We are five minutes from downtown Excelsior Springs, Excelsior Springs golf course and 3EX municipal airport. Relax, rejuvenate and play.

Private studio on the second level of our detached garage behind our main house. Located in a resort-like property. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Minutes from downtown Lee's Summit. Our cozy townhome is 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom with about 1200 square feet. We replaced the sofa sleeper and hope that is comfortable for your extra guest. We are located a few blocks off I-70 and can be at most area attractions, shopping and dining in less than 30 minutes. Beautiful private log cabin suite, conveniently located just east of the Kansas City Metro with great highway access. Close to wedding venues: Lone Summit Ranch, Powell Gardens and Stonehaus Winery. All the comforts of home! The suite features a king bed, sitting area with gas fireplace, private bath with shower, whirlpool jetted tub and kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, small stove/oven, microwave and sink. Electric grill on private deck.

The Kit Cabin

Designed by our son George, The Kit turned into a family project, and became our favorite! This small cabin includes a comfy queen bed (linens included), bathroom with toilet, shower, and space-saving sinklet. Living area has A/C and heat, two recliners, plus kitchenette with minifridge, microwave, dishes, silverware. Located in our family-run campground--when you rent this cabin you also get access to the clubhouse with laundry, playground, trails, and creek!

Charming Private 3 bedroom house

With a 35 minute drive to Kansas City you can get away from it all while being close to everything. Enjoy the privacy and solitude of our three bedroom house and large backyard. Spend the day sightseeing KC, watching your favorite hometown Sporting events or visiting friends and family in Odessa or the surrounding area then come home to three comfy queen beds, a full kitchen, and all the amenities you need for your home away from home.
