This charming studio is situated in walking zone, in the old 16th century house and in the hart of old Baška. This is the way to feel real rhythm of life in this village. Everything is around you on a walking distance: beaches, grocery shops, coffee bars, restaurants and our private parking place too (80 m away). The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. The best location. Apartment is well acquiped with everything (air conditions, etc..) Parking is secured for one vehicle, right next to the apartment.
