Enjoy a tranquil stay in this newly refurbished, well equipped and high spec Annexe. The property enjoys excellent transport links (bus stop 1 min walk, train station 10 min walk, Bristol Airport 10 min drive) whilst backing onto beautiful countryside and a great view - you can hop straight into the fields! The Annexe is connected to the main house, so respectful guests are welcomed :) Backwell is a great village on the outskirts of Bristol, with pubs/restaurants all in easy walking distance.

A perfect 'tiny home' for visitors wanting a city break or a country escape or a blend of both. Use this haven as a base to see the sites, sounds and sports activities offered in the city of Bristol. Adventure on foot for gorgeous walks or cycle along the great network of cycle paths. Day drives to Bath, Cheddar Gorge, Wells, Glastonbury, and surrounds are within easy reach. For those commuters who need access to Bristol International Airport, we are a stone's throw away (by bus or Uber).

The Garden Room

In Backwell, a 20-min drive from Bristol Airport, relax in the quiet garden room, a contemporary self-contained double bedroom with an ensuite wet room. Arrive to chocolate and a glass of wine, maybe on the terrace. There's juice, fruit and a cereal bar as well as tea or Dolce Gusto hot chocolate, cappucino or Americano. Please let me know of any allergies or intolerances. The Rising Sun is a short walk away and provides great food and drinks all day. Heaven Coffee House is very near too.

The Beehive, at Snatch Farm, Ubley is a new refurbishment of old farm buildings, tucked round the back of Snatch Farm. There is 1 double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, open plan sitting /dining room and bathroom. Surrounded by countryside this is a truly peaceful place. We recently transformed our large, 70 sq. meter, double garage into a stylish, open plan studio apartment with bleached oak, hardwood floor. It is a fantastic, light, and relaxing space with 3-meter bifold doors with integrated blinds that fully open out onto a shared courtyard with our house. There are large electric Velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.

Fairywells is a self-contained barn conversion. It is attached to our stable block across the stable yard from our farmhouse. The property is newly converted. It is located in beautiful rural Somerset, yet ideal for central Bristol (15 minute drive) and Bristol Airport (less than 10 minute drive). There are lovely local walks straight from the property, with a footpath leading down to the pretty village of Barrow Gurney which has a pub and shop.

The annexe has recently been fully renovated and is attached to our main bungalow. Guests will have full access to the private annexe with all appropriate furnishings/equipment within the property. It is conveniently close to Bristol Airport (less than a 5 minute drive) and a 20 minute drive to Bristol. There are other villages and towns close by, with the North Somerset Coast a short drive away.
