The community park surrounding the apartment building keeps the apartment at 50m distance to the next street, thus making it a centrally located but quiet place. The neighborhood´s commercial center allows for convenient nearby grocery shopping. This truly is an ideal place to relax and vacation in comfort and style. During your stay here, you can take advantage of Vila Olimpica´s unique setting and location. While benefitting from its residential character, Barcelona´s fun beaches and Port Olimpic´s restaurant and entertainment complex are only a stone´s throw away. Just 10 minutes walk from the wonderful gardens of Ciutadella Park and Born distric, and 2 min walk from Ciutadella metro station from where you can move to any point of the city. It has a renovated marina, a 12km large promenade and a wide range of bars and good restaurants It is a young neighborhood and became one of the favorite areas to live in Barcelona, due to its parks, its convenient access to several beaches, the design apartments and the port. We highly recommend this area as it is very quiet, safe and familiar The bus stop and the Turistic bus stop are just in front of the building, and you are just 2 minutes walk from the nearest Metro Station, Cuitadella (L4) -City tax is not included on the price. You have to pay it cash or credit card at the check in: 2.48€/person/night. Kids under 12 years old do not pay. -Check-in time is at 15:00hs but we always try to adapt to our guests if we don't have another group of people checking-out the same day. One of us will be waiting for you in the flat at the time previously agreed to give you the keys and help you with anything you may need. There is no 24 hours reception so it's very important for us to know your exact arrival time and your flight number. There is an extra charge for late check-in: from 21:00hs to 23:00hs: 30€, after 23:00hs: 50€ to be paid when you arrive to the apartment. -Check-out time is at 11:00hs. Our apartment is located in the heart of Poblenou in Barcelona. The space sits in a vibrant, artsy & creative neighbourhood just 5 minutes from the beach. There are 80m2 of apartment and 30m2 of terrace to enjoy during your stay. Poblenou is an up an coming neighbourhood, with small cafes, art studios and a pedestrian street with many restaurants and bars, and we've come to absolutely fall in love with it.
