This apartment is attached to our family home in the Peak District National Park. It is self contained with a private entrance, a conservatory and ample parking. It is close to the villages of Hope and Castleton. Great for walking and the outdoors. Also half an hour's drive from the spa town of Buxton and the beautiful town of Bakewell. We are close to a small railway station where the trains run between Sheffield and Manchester. The next train stop West is Edale (start of the Pennine Way).

The Stanage Edge Shepherd's Hut

A quirky self-catering shepherd's hut in the Peak District close to the village of Hathersage with stunning views towards Stanage Edge. This shepherd's hut, situated on a working farm, sleeps two people in a king size bed with separate shower room. Kitchen facilities with toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, 2-ring hob. The Hut is heated . Welcome pack included and parking on site. Sorry no dogs as this is a working sheep farm. To book a longer stay please message to discuss availability.

Castleton Stunning Peak Cavern Gorge Location

Torside is the closest dwelling to Peak Cavern in the stunning and 'other worldly' Peak Cavern Gorge. The Gorge is a SSSI and one of the Seven Wonders of the Peak. A further three renowned show caverns, 7 pubs, cafes and shops are within walking distance. The scenery is dramatic and ever changing as the weather rolls in over Mam Tor from the West. Temperature inversions create outstanding conditions for photography. The cottage is vernacular and decorated to English Heritage standards.

The Nook - an idyllic rural bolt hole...

A sleeps two, barn conversion with original beams. The Nook is located at Back Tor Farm in the Edale Valley. We welcome all enquiries of three nights or more but do prefer Friday changeover dates. It is an essential part of our hosting terms that the person responsible for booking our property makes their full name and mobile number available to us in the Airbnb booking process. 3rd Party bookings are not acceptable. A traditional Derbyshire cottage situated on an elevated quiet lane in the village of Hathersage. Rokeby Cottage has recently been refurbished to provide a comfortable relaxing stay any time of the year. Nestled within the Hope Valley, Hathersage offers exceptional walks from the front door ranging from circular 3 mile strolls to all-day hikes. Rokeby Cottage is a 5 minute walk from the village centre which hosts a great range of excellent pubs, cafes and shops.

The cottage is situated in a conservation area of Smalldale in the rolling hills of Bradwell, Hope Valley, Peak District National Park. The village and surrounding areas are breathtaking. Castleton is a 30 minute walk away or 5 minute car drive where you will find the infamous Mam Tor and Great Ridge. We guarantee a lot of R and R!

The Cottage, which is within walking distance of Bamford train and bus station and local shops, has it's own garden and seating area on the bank of the river. The Cottage has private access and parking is available. Fly fishing is also available by arrangement with hosts.
