Live the “simple” life on the Baltic: in a solar-powered workman’s hut. The idyllic hamlet of Klützer Winkel is 20 km east of Lübeck, Germany, 6 km west of Boltenhagen, and only ten minutes’ walk from the unspoiled Baltic coastline. Our natural refuge (3500 sq.m./over 37,000 sq.ft.) is nestled among hilly meadows, woodlands, beaches, and some nearby seaside cliffs. Our owner-run plot of land has many fruit trees and other trees, blackberry bushes and shrubs. Pristine meadows directly around the property are crisscrossed by narrow pathways. You can set up your own place to sit, and there is a central terrace with barbecue. Facing the south, the vintage workman’s hut (20 square meter/215 square feet) was converted into a cocoon of living space with virtually no environmental footprint. Its separate bedroom, kitchen and roomy living area are supplemented by a 14 square meter (150 square foot) veranda facing west. All the flooring is larch. All electricity is solar generated with water supply from on board tanks or at the nearby “bathhouse” on the same plot with its solar-powered shower. A wood-burning stove can be used in colder weather. Details: 12VDC power supply, intermittent 220V/80W power with converter, DVB-T TV, radio and DVD player, refrigerator, two-plate gas cooker, and sink. Since 2016 we got a supplementary nonsolar power supply i.e. to have a shower without sun. Plus we offer: Bicycle and bed linen rental (please confirm in advance), drawing and painting kits, arts and crafts equipment, beach utensils. Plus the chance to pick and process cherries, blackberries, pears, and apples (all according to the season and availability, for a small fee) Klützer Winkel also offers many leisure, cultural, and recreational opportunities.

Wir bieten unser neu gebautes dänisches Wochenendhäuschen an. (2020 fertig gestellt). Es ist wirklich klein, hat aber alles was man zum Urlaub braucht; in puncto Ausstattung & Wohlfühlen. Das Häuschen liegt in einer ruhigen Privat-Straße. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und sehr freundlich. Der Strand, Bäcker, Konditor, Restaurationen, ein Bioladen, Strand-Shopping & Rewe liegen fußläufig. Die Sonne im Herzen scheint 365 Tage im Jahr, Sternenhimmel schöner als in jeder Großstadt. Einfach schön.

Unik mulighed for at bo direkte på molen og bare 3 meter fra vandkanten i det ikoniske Bjarke Ingels byggeri på nyopførte Aarhus Ø. Wifi og privat p-plads medfølger. I godt vejr er havnepromenaden lige udenfor velbesøgt. Hyggelig og veludnyttet badehus med sovehems. Fantastisk, sydvendt, 180 graders panoramaudsigt til vand, havn og byens skyline. Small living når det er allerbedst - perfekt for par eller forretningsrejsende. The-køkken med elkedel og køleskab - ikke muligt at lave varmt mad.

The WonderINN Mirrored Glass Cabin

Norway's first mirror cabin, edge of the Øyeren delta - 25 min from Oslo, but removed from it in every way that matters. Mirrored glass reflects sky, trees, water until it disappears; floor-to-ceiling glass inside, private jacuzzi on the terrace. Entirely private - no shared facilities, no neighbours. Øyeren is Norway's largest bird sanctuary, 500+ species recorded; sunrise turns the delta gold. The original WonderInn cabin. Sleeps four, two bedrooms, kitchen, AC.

Oprindeligt opført som hestestald i 1832, er denne bygning nu ombygget til en charmerende bolig med eget køkken og toilet. Perfekt til en weekendtur eller et stop undervejs på cykelferien. I stueetagen finder du et åbent køkken og stue i ét, med adgang til en privat terrasse samt et badeværelse. På første sal er der et rummeligt værelse med fire enkeltsenge og udsigt over havet fra den ene ende af rummet. Boligen skal efterlades i samme stand som ved ankomst.

In the main house there are two bedrooms each with space for 2 people. In the annex there is space for 4 people. - the annex is hearted by an electric heating machine in the winter.

Välkommen till vårt lugna gästhus vid sjön Bunn – mitt i naturen. Här kan du ta ett morgondopp, paddla i solnedgången eller bara slappna av med skogen och vattnet omkring dig. Perfekt för dig som gillar vandring, löpning eller cykling – vi delar gärna med oss av våra favoritrundor. Bara 10 min till Gränna, 30 min till Jönköping. Bil rekommenderas, närmaste buss ligger 7 km bort.

Danish island summerhouse – fjord view

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim. And then Oroe is only 1,5 hours drive from Copenhagen. If this house is booked, feel free to see our other house on Orø.
