Pine Beach Guest House in the Heart of Balnarring

A gorgeous Private Guest House, Two bedrooms, a large bathroom with laundry, fully equiped kitchen and log fire in living area. A dedicated driveway with deck area and private garden to the rear of the property. EXPERIENCE - 2 min walk from the centre of Balnarring where cafes, restaurants, pub a brewery and a new IGA are on your doorstep, 2 min drive to Balnarring Beach close to wineries this modern light studio provides the perfect base to go exploring around the Mornington Peninsula.

The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

It has a country style kitchen with Coonara fireplace, two living areas and is ideally suited to four people, although it can accommodate up to five people This is a cat and dog friendly property. Quirky two bedroom Nissan Hut conversion set amongst the tee trees and driftwood, just a 2 minute walk along a sandy track to Balnarring Beach. Wood fire heater, reverse cycle air conditioning, outdoor deck and BBQ, indoor/outdoor shower, towels and linen provided. NO Wifi encourages guests to get outdoors and explore the surrounding area.

The studio is at one end of the main house and has its own separate driveway, entrance and courtyard. Recently renovated, the space is fresh and clean and comfortable. A Lovely lounge area with a wood fire, and great views of the trees, generous king size bed, dining area adjoining a well equipped Kitchen.
