Just minutes from Ballarat CBD and Sovereign Hill, this spacious home offers comfortable living areas, a large private backyard and a quiet neighbourhood setting. Listen out for Sovereign Hill’s historic steam whistle drifting across the neighbourhood, a reminder of Ballarat’s gold rush heritage. Pet-friendly by prior approval. THE COOPERAGE - A Central Historic Holiday Cottage

THE COOPERAGE was built in 1896 for one of the Ballarat Bertie Brewery's finest coopers - John Nice. This 4-bedroom Victorian Cottage is situated on a corner block with beautifully manicured gardens. Over the years, Ballarat's highly sought-after builders extended this house and added an amazing lantern style roof to bring an abundance of natural light in this beautiful home. THE COOPERARE is a short walk to CBD, cafes and specialty shops or a short drive to most of the Ballarat attractions.
