The apartment is a 10-15 minute walk to CWC (CamSur Watersports Complex); a 10-15 minute drive to Naga City; and a 5 minute drive from Naga Airport. It is a new property. Amenities include a hot shower, kitchen, dining area, workspace, living room, ref,among others. You can cook in the kitchen. Usually it can house 2 guests, but it can fit 3 or 4 (you must request for an extra bed). There is a cleaner who comes by regularly. It is in a quiet and spacious neighbourhood.
