Staying at Ford Cottage for a romantic getaway or much-needed time out will help you relax and enjoy your time in the Clare Valley. A warm fire and air-conditioning ensures you'll be comfortable all year round. There are generous breakfast provisions to start your day, indoor and outdoor cooking facilities and an outdoor spa looking out over the private cottage garden to recuperate in after your activities. Stables by the Vines

In 1856, an English stonemason, Thompson Priest, began mining slate in Mintaro. At the same time, he built a home with stables at the rear of his property. Over the intervening years, the stables fell into a desperate state, however, recently, the Stable has returned to life through a sensitive restoration and refurbishment. Set on the edge of Reillys Winery, the Stable is a 100m walk through the vines to the cellar door and further 20 metres to the renowned Magpie Stump Hotel.
