The Byre is a tranquil cottage ideally positioned to enjoy all Mid-Wales has to offer. Perfect for visitors wanting a peaceful break or an adventure. Dogs are welcome too! Picturesque hill walks are on the doorstep and nearby highlights include Snowdonia/Eryri, Powys Castle, Lake Vyrnwy and magnificent beaches; there are plenty of activities to suit everyone. Our cosy cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, one double bed and sitting room/diner with views across the valley.

Located in Eryri (Snowdonia), a mile from Llyn Tegid- the largest natural lake in Wales, surrounded by the Arenig, Aran and Berwyn mountains. A safe place to retreat from the world, and reconnect with nature, over two miles from the main road. Relaxing in the private garden listen to owls hooting or cuckoos calling. Walking from the door leads you to an old drovers track, or higher up through bilberry scrub to Cnicht, the Welsh Matterhorn, or along lanes and paths to secluded swimming spots in rivers and lakes.

Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. Yr Efail is situated in Llanfor a small village 3/4 of a mile from the market town of Bala. The property is a converted blacksmiths workshop were the owners family have worked since 1905. Recently renovated into a fully equipped self catering cottage. The property is single story providing easy access for all. Shops, restaurants and pubs are situated in Bala which you can reach by road or on foot along a footpath. We live in the village and available to recommend places to eat and visit.

A Grade II listed Tithe Barn from the 1700s, converted into a 2 bedroom cottage with facilities for a comfortable stay for 4 persons. The cottage has a sitting room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and 2 ensuite bedrooms. The cottage is set in 8 acres with gardens which is close to the shores of Lake Bala and within the Snowdonia National Park in North Wales. We can provide maps, bike storage, drying room and free off road parking and also advise on attractions and outdoor activities.
