Romantic and flirtatious in style, this flat is pampered at every corner with rustic wood details, soft and pastel tones. Few other flats could more centrally located flat than this one! Don't miss out on staying at one of only six unique 'El Alma de Las Ramblas' flats, all of them located in a recently renovated historical 19th century building. We are three friends who decided to embark on this project to refurbished 6 apartments in a same building located right off of arguably Barcelona´s most emblematic street: Las Ramblas. It was important to us to turn these apartments into cozy and functional living spaces for our guests. We chose the new beds, beddings, sofas, dining tables and chairs, lamps, kitchenware and small appliances with great care and consideration. We believe we were successful in creating an pleasant space in each of the flats- and we hope you will also agree after having spent time there. Guests have access to the entire studio. We respect the privacy of our guests and yet also would be available to provide any assistance possible that would make our guests´ stay a confortable and an enjoyable one. You will be able to walk* to many worthwhile sites: 1. La Boquería Market: 4 minute walk 2. Picasso Museum: 13 minute walk 3. La Pedrera: 22 minute walk 4. La Sagrada Familia: 42 minute walk 5. Newly renovated industrial vintage apartment ideally located in the Eixample Derecha district also known as the "Golden Triangle" of Barcelona, on a 5 min’ walking distance from Passeig de Gracia and Sagrada Famila with fancy bars, restaurants & shops. Decorated with original vintage furniture and pieces of art. The apartment has been recently renovated (April 2014) and we were keen in maintaining all the original details of 1930 like the high brick vaulted ceilings and typical Barcelona tile floors. We decorated it putting all our love and dedication into it. The apartment has original vintage furniture from all over Europe (mainly from the late fifties) and art pieces from local and international artists. The neighborhood has plenty of " chic" or more local restaurants, fancy bars and grocery stores. The location is a must as it is 5 min walk from the famous Gaudi House "La Pedrera (Casa Mila)" and Passeig the Gracia with all its luxury stores. The Sagrada Familia is 4 blocks away and can be easily reached by foot. The apartment has been used by several production houses to shoot commercials. This cosy and relaxed neighbourhood is filled with covered markets, grocery shops, restaurants, and bars. The nearest Metro is Verdaguer (yellow line) at the end of the street (2 min walk) and brings you directly to all the interesting places e.g old town, beach ... The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the utensils you may need to cook. It has also a build in extra large washing machine. The apartment has a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee machine. Luxury linen and towels are provided including organic bathing products (i.e. moisturizing shampoo, moisturizing shower gel, body lotion, facial cleanser, and soap). Baby chairs and baby beds can be provided upon request. A cleaning and cooking service can be offered during your stay as well as a taxi service to and from the airport. Public parking is available in front of the apartment (outside) and free depending of the area and timing. Private parking (covered with guard and 24 accessible) is available at a special rate of 15 Euros a day.

Cal Boter Menescal es una casa reformada del S.XVII, localizada en la zona vinícola del Penedés, a 50 minutos de Barcelona y 20 minutos de Tarragona, cerca de la playa y con gran oferta cultural, como visitas a bodegas y cavas, senderismo, etc. Ideal para parejas, grupos reducidos o familias. El alojamiento dispone de parking independiente en el mismo edificio. En la planta baja tenemos la habitación suite, con cuarto de baño independiente. En la primera planta tenemos el resto de las estancias: habitación con cama de matrimonio , habitación con dos camas independientes, y con salida a una pequeña terracita, el cuarto de baño principal, y la sala de estar - comedor, con la cocina en la misma estancia. En la misma planta disponemos de una terraza de unos 15 m2. Proporciono información sobre actividades, restaurantes, etc. por la zona. "I speak English" y "je parle un peu français". La región del Penedés se encuentra entre Barcelona y Tarragona, cerca de la Costa Dorada. Ofrece actividades sobre el mundo del vino y el cava, además de estar cerca de lugares turísticos como la Ciudadela Ibérica de Calafell, las ruinas romanas de la antigua "Tarraco" (Ciudad declarada patrimonio de la UNESCO), etc. Los aeropuertos más cercanos son el Aeropuerto de Reus (a 30 min en coche) y el de Barcelona el Prat (a 45 minutos). La estación de tren está a 5 minutos en coche (en el municipio de El Vendrell), con conexiones cada hora a Barcelona y Tarragona.

Poblenou is an up an coming neighbourhood, with small cafes, art studios and a pedestrian street with many restaurants and bars, and we've come to absolutely fall in love with it.
