Only 2 blocks from the beach and in walking distance to all of the hottest spots including DJais and Bar Anticipation. We offer free to use Wifi and relax back at the house on one of the couches and watch some entertainment from our 50inch TV. Fully stocked kitchen that had everything you need! Off-street parking (4 cars), high speed wifi, Firestick TV. Great location - walk to BYOB Boat-to-Plate restaurants - easy breezy. Price is for 2 guests, additional guests $40 extra/person/night. Linens & towels included. Snow: we provide shovels/snow melt, we do our best to come shovel but can’t guarantee it.

This 2 bed/1 bath unit is perfectly located, just a 5 minute walk to the beach and to downtown Belmar (w/ access to New Jersey Transit)! The unit is on the second floor and has its own private entrance. It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood and one block away is a great playground and Silver Lake with a beautiful walking path. All linens, beach towels, AND BEACH PASSES are provided. There are window air conditioners in each room and a full kitchen.

Private Waterfront near Ocean Beaches

Luxurious studio apartment with fully equipped kitchenette, spacious bathroom with large claw foot tub, and luscious bedding. The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).

Walk to the beach, Playa Bowls, or coffee; use our beach cruiser to ride to restaurants or bars; take a quick Uber to Asbury Park or Pt. Pleasant or enjoy nearby playgrounds if you have kiddos!
