Hoch oben gelegen, mit einem traumhaften Panoramablick auf das Meer, sanfte Hügel und majestätische Berge, entfaltet sich hier eine Kulisse, die Tag für Tag aufs Neue verzaubert. Der riesige Balkon ist das Herzstück unserer Apartments – ein Freiluftwohnzimmer, in dem man den Sonnenaufgang mit einer Tasse Kaffee oder den Sonnenuntergang mit einem Glas Wein erleben kann.

This private deluxe studio is located on the ground floor with a lovely sitting backyard surounded with flowers and fruit trees. Within few steps/seconds you are at the main square of Kokkari village, the port, beaches, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, Pharmacy, grocery shops, backery shop, rental cars, motorbikes, scooters, ATM machines, a bus stop and free parking places. It was renovated in 2020 and is designed in a traditional - modern taste. The architecture is unique and natural.

Centraal gelegen in Kokkari op steenworp afstand van de gezellige terrassen, het strand en het pittoreske haventje. Het is een volledig gerenoveerd traditioneel Grieks huisje met een buitenterras aan de voordeur in een gezellig straatje. Op de benedenverdieping bevindt zich de separate toiletruimte met wasmachine, de slaapkamer en de ruime badkamer met inloopdouche. Op de bovenverdieping is de volledig ingerichte keuken, het lounge gedeelte met slaapbank en een dakterras.

Konstantinos of Samos Stone built farmhouse, 60 m², located in Greece and Samos (in the Aegean Sea), near the village of Agios Konstantinos and near the Traditional Settlement of Valonades (Aidonia) which was used until 1960 to create the famous Samoan Wine. It was renovated in 2014 with care and taste, with wooden windows and fully equipped. Features a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, a dining area, sleeping areas and a bathroom.
