Comfortably furnished - large screen Roku smart TV, blue ray player, sunny patio, some walking trails. Only a few miles to restaurants/stores, a few more to historic downtown, Hitchcock Woods. & less than 30 minutes to Augusta. Some well behaved pets may be welcome for a small additional fee.

Relax in privacy on our 2.5-acre equestrian estate. Walk or ride to polo, Steeplechase track, Hitchcock Woods, and downtown. Guests w/horses: 5 stalls, 2 large paddocks, tack room, and storage shed may be rented separately by "special offer" thru site. DRY stalls are $60/stall/day. You must clean stalls/paddocks daily and return to original condition. Wheelbarrow, pitchfork, etc. provided. Manure must go in container at back gate ($100/pickup) or take it w/you.
