Enjoy sharing this Ausable river front home by staying in a private lower-level walkout. WE LIVE ABOVE. This gorgeous log home is on the famous Holy waters. The bottom story is a finished lower level with a separate entrance and living area from the homeowners above. The suite has a walk out onto the patio with a gentle slope to 200 ft of rocky bottom river frontage. This is located five miles from the city of Grayling. You will be close to hiking trails, hiking, snowmobile trails, and skiing.

With 20-foot vaulted ceilings, massive picture windows, a fireplace to curl up next to, and just minutes from some of the most stunning lakes in the state, it’s the perfect home base for exploring or doing nothing at all.

Ideal for groups, wedding guests, reunions, ski trips, ORV weekends, couples, families, and peaceful retreats. Sleeps 20, with hot tub, huge private yard, pond and stream, wide wooded trails, unique games and activities inside, and a fun, relaxing up-north feel. Weddings and family reunions welcome with prior approval. No ‘parties’.

Please note that our family-owned canoe rental operates on the property during daytime hours, adding a fun and lively riverfront atmosphere. Amazing sunsets. Peaceful mornings. Large windows to enjoy the view . Indoor bathroom with an outside shower. (No inside shower or tub) Two beds in the loft. Picnic table and patio set with 4 chairs. Firepit area near beach. Quiet, peaceful area. No parties please.

Cozy Cottage on Five Lakes. Close to the expressway , snowmobile trails and downtown Gaylord. Fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, high speed internet and a smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows or just watch Netflix . Bring your kayaks and your fishing poles - nice deck to watch the sunset. Dogs are welcome for an additional one time fee of $35.00. There is no fence and because this house is on the lake dogs and children must be watched at all times.
