Welcome to EcoSun Hostel. This room is located at the end of the hallway, offering the quietest environment and the widest outdoor view. The Acorn is part of the 60 acre, 137 year old Oakland House property that has been operated as a summer vacation destination since it was opened to guests on July 4th, 1889. Once an ice house and even a casino, the Acorn is a quaintly rustic piece of history we hope you enjoy! Banditry of Chickadees is a private room with one queen and one twin bed and is tastefully decorated with antique furnishings. Room is accessed from an exterior staircase off the porch.

Coastal Queens Hostel is run by a not-for-profit board and members. Our building, originally an elementary school, has been turned into a community space we are keeping alive with endeavours such as this hostel. We are located in the beautiful town of Port Mouton on the South Shore of Nova Scotia, home to many beautiful white sand beaches and restaurants (seasonal) within a 2 to 5 minute drive. We are 10 minutes from the closest town (Liverpool).
