A unique wooden house on the beach! All you need in 34m2! It's the iHouse and it's fully equipped with all needed amenities. The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

On a 15-acre property with a 200-year-old family olive grove and exclusive access to a canyon of wild beauty, we built a unique residence in all of Greece entirely of river and sea stones, surrounded by the blue of the sea and the green of the forest. It is 5 minutes from the most famous beaches of Sithonia, Lagomandra, Elia, Spathies, Kalogria, Kovgiou.

A two-storey house with a private parking space in the centre of the traditional village of Athytos (2 min. walking distance from the village square). The house has a breathtaking view of the sea and the village. The peace and relaxation that it offers combine with easy access to the village (central square, folk museum, cafés, pizzeria, restaurants, supermarkets- 300 meters away).Distance nearby beaches is 5 min. by car and 15 by foot.

There is a big balcony in front of the house and one at the side of the house, where you can rest and relax under the olives trees and enjoy the sea view. The place is a traditional & picturesque village house in a quiet area that is near the sea, beach bars & restaurants. It is located 5 minutes walk on foot from the center of the village and 2 minutes from the sea.

Άνετο, ηλιόλουστο σπίτι 70 τ.μ. στον δεύτερο όροφο εντός του πανέμορφου παραδοσιακού οικισμού της Αφύτου, στην τοποθεσία "πέρα βράχος". Από το μεγάλο παράθυρο του σαλονιού και από την άνετη βεράντα μπορείτε να απολαύσετε τη Χερσόνησο της Σιθωνίας και τα κρυστάλλινα νερά του Τορωναίου Κόλπου με το νησάκι Κέλυφος, ενώ από το άλλο μπαλκόνι μπορείτε να δείτε το παραδοσιακό καφέ-μπαρ Κουτσόμυλος στο κέντρο του χωριού.

You wake up, the sun is rising behind mount Athos. You enjoy a cup of coffee, while the dolphins jump on the horizon. You walk to the beach and the only thing you can hear is the sea. You cook outside, watching the boats passing by and the seagulls chasing the fish. Now, it's time for drawings and board games. Finally, you have a glass of wine, waiting for the moon to rise behind the hills.
