We offer a full service guest house, with a private entrance. With attention to every detail and decorated with a fun mid-century modern flair! It has one bedroom, one bath, kitchen with all the amenities (including a stocked coffee station), and living room featuring a smart tv, and satellite. We offer WIFI as well. Should you need to do laundry, we have a brand new washer and dryer for your convenience. The guest house has a private deck which you will enjoy sipping a local wine on and enjoying the beautiful sunset! We also offer an outdoor table with chairs next to the deck for your enjoyment! From booking, to check out we will be available should you have any questions or as needed. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We hope to have the chance to meet/greet each one of our guests while they are staying in the guest house, however if that isn't possible we will have all accommodations ready! We also try and be as flexible as possible, please don't hesitate to ask about early check in, or late checkout if needed. We provide a house binder that contains pertinent information and our "favorites list" for the Central Coast area. Shannon and her husband Reggie live in the main home on the property. The guest house is nestled among many beautiful, mature oak trees in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. It’s centrally located close to downtown Atascadero, with easy access to Highway 101 North/South, and Highway 41 to Morro Bay. Uber Pool on site, for homeowners use, (however ask us in advance about our policy and the possibility of using the pool and or hot tub)

Beautiful home with a great view. You are right in the middle of wine country, minutes to the beach and minutes to San Luis Obispo. The entire house is yours it has two full kitchens and two full living rooms! It is built into the side of a hill and has upstairs/ downstairs twin floor plans, perfect for families. We are located in quiet neighborhood so we ask that our guests do not have loud music or party like atmosphere. We have 2 outdoor cats that never come in the home.

The J Birdsall Banker property was developed from 1917 to 1919. The carriage house was constructed in 1919 and converted into housing during the housing shortage of World War 11 We have always referred to it as the honey moon suite because so many couples have lived there over the last 65 years. The above garage guest suite affords privacy and peace. With its own living space, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom this 400 sq ft space with a deck, semi-private entrance and dedicated garage space is perfect for your visit to wine country. This listing hosts humans only. Please no pets, please don't ask. We also ask that you do not bring small children, the suite is not suited to host little ones and the max occupancy is two persons, 10 or older.

Beautiful 1 bedroom cottage newly remodeled building from the 1940's. The space was completely renovated in June of 2019 with plank flooring, tiled shower bathroom with tub and stylish new furnishings. Modern and simple with an emphasis on sustainability. This cottage is on a 45 acre ranch in the country but is close to downtown Atascadero, San Luis Obispo, Paso Wine Country and several of California's most beautiful beaches!

This light and airy hideaway was designed and built by the host incorporating her own handiwork in art and furnishings. Initially a granny flat, it's been transformed into a comfortable and spacious hang out. Its central location makes it ideal to explore the area. The twin beds can be easily configured to a king bed. Price includes a 13% local tax. We are on gated 3 acres. The pool sits between the guest house and our house.

Note: It’s swimming pool season thru September. Our pool is heated to the comfy low 80’s. Seven Oaks is a cozy private cottage nestled among the oaks with a spacious yard and a seasonally heated pool. Near the best the central coast has to offer; centrally located 20 minutes from downtown San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles wine country and our spectacular coastline.
