The cottage has three bedrooms, bathroom, sitting room and kitchen with stunning views of the River Shannon. 30 minute drive to Adare Manor and Ballybunion Golf Club, Limerick Greenway and an hour away from Killarney National Park. Tarbert/Killimer ferry to Burren National Park and Cliffs of Moher 5 minutes away. An hours drive from Shannon and Kerry Airports.

The nearby (10 minutes drive) seaside town of Ballybunion has lots to offer, bars, restaurants, two golf courses, swimming pool and health centre. Central location for day trips to Killarney, Dingle, Ring of Kerry, Limerick, Clare, Cliffs of Moher via Tarbert ferry. Shannon Airport is one hour, thirty minutes away and Kerry Airport is one hour away.

It’s very well situated as a base from which to tour, 20 mins to loop head, 40 mins to Tarbert Ferry to Kerry, approx 60 mins to The Cliffs of Moher.
