D'Archiac Studio has a beautiful feel with views to the surrounding hills and mountains It is a very short walk to the village centre yet far enough away to be peaceful. The studio is downstairs in a residential home and has its own entrance and outdoor area with bbq. There is a small kitchenette with air fryer, cooktop and rice cooker. You are welcome to use the adjacent games room with pool table, table soccer, washing machine - these are shared with the owners who are upstairs.

Unit A5, Waitaki Lakes Apartments is a one bedroom fully serviced apartment in idyllic surroundings on the edge of the Otematata Golf Course with the Alps2Ocean cycle trail, walking trails and wetland areas nearby. The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade. The apartment flows on to a north facing deck boasting views of Mt Dobson. The retreat is located down the end of the drive at the rear of the property, with its own separate parking for guests.
