Welcome to the Sunset Cabin! 1 bedroom, 1 bath getaway located next to Saybrook Park in a cabin community. Beautiful lake view and wonderful sunsets. Only a 5 minute drive to Geneva-on-the-Lake, a 7 minute drive to historic Ashtabula Harbor and a 15 minute drive to Spire Institute. Local wineries. 32" TV with wifi. There is a window air conditioner in the bedroom! Walkway down to lakeshore. 21 and over please. No smoking and no pets! Community gazebos with a fire pit! Laundry facilities.

Beautiful Lake Erie views from the front deck and hot tub!! Enjoy a beautiful fire while cooking on the charcoal bbq grill. High speed Wi-Fi & VERY short drive to Geneva on the lake strip & Ashtabula Harbor restraunt and breweries!!! This bungalow is placed in a very desired, safe community. There is two 75” smart TVs along w kids 55” tv in back of home. There is one large master bedroom with a king size bed, there is two pull out sofa beds in the living areas.

Take it easy at this unique, tranquil getaway nestled atop a scenic ridge of the Ashtabula River. Get away from it all and enjoy your morning coffee inside the cozy cabin with views that stretch up and down and across the river. Or bask in the beauty of nature outside on the custom-made porch swing. Keep an eye out for the local bald eagles as they soar above the river daily, right outside your door! This custom built cabin is the perfect quiet getaway!

Harbor House

The Harbor House is located in the heart of the Ashtabula Harbor and with a few steps you will be on Bridge Street. Our newly renovated house has 2 Bedrooms, a den (sleeps 6), 1 bathroom, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher for your convenience. Needing a place to forget the hustle of life to focus on what’s important? Sweet solitude provides a quiet, romantic getaway for you and your bestie to enjoy the beauty of nature! Our cabin is locally sourced. The timbers were sawed at a local hemlock mill. The exterior is made of boards we had milled from old pines along US Hwy 322. Even the stones we laid for the fireplace once splashed in a local creek.
