Trillith Studios and The Walking Dead sites of Senoia are 12 and 25 minutes away respectively . The private entrance with keyless entry means you can come and go at any time. It is a self-contained unit attached to our house, with your own bathroom and shower. The cul-de-sac and a large yard accent the restful experience.

Enjoy the outdoors with full private access to the pool (open seasonally), an outdoor fire place, and a new hot tub and walking trails to enjoy the outdoors. We DO live onsite and may spend time behind the barn in our shops.

Safe Harbor on the Lake. Spacious, private!

Safe Harbor is a great place to relax, read, watch movies and look at our spectacular lake view with various wildlife such as Herron, jumping fish, turtles, Canada geese and more depending on the season. A paved walking path across the street will lead you to a local coffee shop called Circa Antiques Marketplace or beautiful walks. Safe Harbor is a great place to come home to for rest and relaxation. We are not allowing children at this time. Please no smoking or vaping on property

Only about 35 minutes from downtown Atlanta, and minutes from Trilith Studios/Live, US Soccer training facilities, Piedmont Hospital, & QTS data center, our location is super convenient for groups coming to the area for fun, work, family, or business. Fully furnished and stocked with amenities, our home is perfect for groups looking for their short or mid term retreat.

The Great Little Orchard with mini trail

This piece of the pie sits on a 3.14 acre homestead just south of Atlanta. The cottage is a cozy little spot nestled between hardwoods and a postcard orchard behind our main house. Enjoy a backyard fire, have a picnic, party it up in the game room. Take a self-guided tour around the Fruit Loop and stretch your soul walking our Great Little Trail. Close to the airport, Echopark Speedway, downtown Fayetteville, and within an hour of all major attractions.

Hibiscus Retreat guest unit

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish place designed to maximize efficient use of the space. The guest unit is attached to the house, it has a separate entrance and a large deck for relaxation. Tempur-pedic queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances including a washer/ dryer. The living area has a couch suitable for the space and a dining table and chairs workspace setup is available upon request. Large walk-in closet and bathroom.
