Bingara Bungalow: Relaxing escape close to river

Fresh, airy and spacious Bingara Bungalow is the perfect base to explore Bingara, or sit and enjoy the comforts of its central location. The beautiful Gwydir River is a block away where you can swim, kayak and watch the world go by. Local horse-riding tours are a few minutes walk away, and you’ll often hear the sound of horse hooves walking up the street. The main street, iconic Roxy Theatre, pubs, and shops are a block away. Situated in the heart of Cotton and Wheat Country. Our little house offers comfortable, clean and convenient accommodation. Whether you're staying overnight or long term, we can accommodate you. Walk to the local pub and cafe. Council pool directly across the road. 3km to the Burren artesian bore bath ( April - Oct) generally. Burren Junction is a great place to base yourself to visit Lightning Ridge, Mount Kaputar National Park, and many other beautiful spots.

Melness Cottage

Melness cottage is a comfortable studio style accommodation on a 2500 acre farm 33km out of Goondiwindi. The cottage is separate to the main house and you will have private entry. It is only 300m from the highway to our entrance. There is a fire pit area to enjoy during your stay and the creek is a short walk from the cottage. For meals there is a microwave, Weber BBQ, bar fridge, kettle and toaster. A few basic breakfast supplies can be provided.

The Lodge@Tomaree is a self contained, two bedroom, two bathroom guesthouse that shares our one hectare block. Lovely views over Inverell; suitable for couples, families and business travellers. House trained dogs are welcome on request. Fenced yard with paved area, lawn, small garden and a clothes line. Parking space (not under cover). Rachel's Cottage.

Rachel's Cottage was built my my great grandfather around 1898. The family lived there until my great Aunty Rae died in 1986. We repurchased it in 2004 in a very derelict state. We have renovated the cottage, keeping the original style as much as possible. The kitchen and bathroom are accessible via a small covered verandah. We welcome a pet or two but there are strict conditions for this and approval must be sought first.

McLean Street Guest House

Enjoy the convenience of our secure, self-contained and spacious unit on a one acre block in the middle of town. A five-minute stroll will get you into town to find cafes and shops and then you can return to the peace and quiet of the bird filled backyard. The pool area can be used in summer and the deck is warm on winter mornings. We live in the adjacent house and are happy to help with whatever you need.
