This boutique tiny home is situated in the picturesque Upper Valley of Vermont. The nearly 50 acres of private land is equal parts woods and water. You will wake to the mooing of dairy cows. Have your coffee on the porch while watching birds dive for their breakfast on the pond. Inside you will find every modern amenity. A fully appointed chef's kitchen. A living area filled with comfy furnishings and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with an ensuite double showered bathroom. Heaven!

Enjoy peace & privacy on 1+ acres; the cabin is set back from the road and surrounded by yard, gardens, & tall trees. Welcome to our cozy cottage by the Pemi River! Located in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire. Our home is situated in a quiet condo association, perfect for a couples getaway or your family to enjoy. There is room for 4 guests with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, large living room, dining table and full kitchen. Enjoy the many hiking trails, spend a lazy day on the river, eat at one of the many local restaurants and take advantage of so many other close by activities!!!

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.
