We are close by to accommodate any needs you may have but also far enough away to ensure your privacy. Landscaped, fully fenced yard with deck, BBQ and fire pit area. I'd also appreciate good behavior from dogs ..being barked or snarled at in my yard isn't acceptable and I spend a little time every day in my yard.. please leash if not trained

The Barn is a one bedroom apartment. It sits atop a Studio apartment ( Petite Barn) stairs. The grounds are 2 1/2 acres . You will hear roosters. Dirt road. Only children who are over 10, and 100% swim safe.This is a quiet environment... to be kept quiet for reading, napping, yoga, resting, retreating. We are yogis, surfers, readers, gardeners, and appreciate a quiet calm surrounding:) that being said the pool and jaquzzi hours are 8 am - 10 pm . Dog fee $65 per dog .
