Enjoy fishing, kayaking, swimming from our 1800 feet of frontage on the Meduxnekeag river, or hiking and snowshoeing on our 70+ acres. 5 minutes from the Houlton Golf course and the snowmobile trails. Roast some smores on the campfire with the kids at sunset, or cosy up and watch a movie inside on a rainy day.

Escape to a serene 12-acre retreat with an off-grid cabin powered by solar energy and generator. Enjoy a kayak on the stream and paddle down to the lake, or explore trails accessible from our property with your ATV or snowmobile. A turnaround driveway makes it easy to bring your trailer. Located 45 minutes from Baxter State Park and 20 minutes from Katahdin Woods and Waters, it's the perfect spot for relaxation or adventure!

Island Guest House

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Enjoy a nature walk around Pelletier Island. Go fishing or paddle your canoe on beautiful Long Lake. Take in the scenery, relax, you’re at the lake. Access route to all the beautiful ATV trails in Northern Aroostook County. Enjoy the stunning fall foliage in September and October. Plenty of snow and awesome trails for snowmobiling.

The Shack (@Echo lake)

The Shack is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom cottage on Echo Lake across from Aroostook State Park. It is private, quiet and peaceful with a screened in porch to enjoy your morning coffee. It is 7 minutes from downtown Presque Isle. It sleeps 3 people with a queen size bed and a single twin size bed. It has a fully functioning kitchen, access to canoe, kayak, and paddle boat (upon request).

Peaceful Moose River Camp

This is where you come to get away from it all. Serene camp in a sweet spot on the Moose River. The recently renovated camp is bright and cozy. Sit back and watch the river flow. Gorgeous views of the rapids upstream and Mt. Kineo downstream. Tube down the river, kayak or stand up paddle board from the nearby small boat/canoe input. Tubes, paddle board and kayaks provided.

Hillman Camp On The Shores Of Pleasant Pond

For those seeking lakeside tranquility without sacrificing creature comforts or proximity to town, this cozy camp has it all. Located at the end of a dead-end quiet road, and walking distance to Birch Point restaurant, you'll be rewarded with loon calls on summer nights and cozy fireside winter mornings. Snow sled and ATV right from the camp.
