Our brand new wee hideaway shepherds hut is located in the Scottish Highlands surrounded by mountains and the most stunning scenery. Insulated for all year round use this cosy traditional hut is located on a traditional working Scottish croft with Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, goats, ducks, chickens, geese and peacocks. The hut is situated in a zero light pollution area with perfect views of Ben Cruachan and Ben a'Chocuill This is a brand new hut for 2020 and we will keep uploading photos.

This listing is all about the romantic location of a beautiful hand painted shepherds hut called Josephine. Sitting traditionally among sheep above Loch Awe, couples, writers, photographers, bird watchers, hill walkers, swimmers wishing to get away can do so here. Relax by the woodburning stove, put the whistling kettle on for a cup of tea, watch the birds or walk into the hills behind or down to the lochside to wild swim, fish or make a bbq. Come and experience the magic for yourself.

Cosy Treshnish Shepherd’s Hut with sea views

Welcome to the Treshnish Shepherd’s Hut. Our charming hut sits in the corner of a field - stunning sea and island views. A perfect place to unwind and relax. Inside the well insulated hut, there is a 4’ small double bed at one end, a tiny wood stove, table and chairs, kitchenette and an ensuite shower at the other end. Outside, there is a wood -fired outdoor bath and a wood-fired pizza oven. Treshnish is a working sheep farm, on the coast, nr Calgary Beach, great for walking and exploring.

A good base for hikers as the nearest route approaches Goatfell from Glen Sannox via the Saddle onto North Goatfell. Walking distance to a local pub Corrie Hotel and Mara fish bar.

Muin Shepherd Hut is complete with: 2kw Shower (2 minutes of hot water/5 minutes to re-heat) toilet, sink, Belfast sink, fridge, ceramic hob, Air Fryer, underfloor heating, wood burning stove, TV, Double bed with King size duvet, large decked area, enclosed private garden (dog friendly) and views over to the Isles of Mull and Coll and onwards out over the Atlantic Ocean. Throw in the odd sea eagle that visits us, red deer abound, pine martins, otters and the dolphins playing off the pier!!

Ethel’s Coorie Doon is a self-contained shepherd’s hut nestled within the grounds of Craig Villa Guest House. Fully insulated, fully equipped, and boasts mountain views. Ethel's Coorie Doon is perfect for couples and solo adventurers who want to explore the local area. We welcome up to 2 furry friends, but please note, there is a pet fee of £14. We provide information for local walks and hidden gems, local restaurants and pubs. We provide free parking and storage if you arrive by bike.

Shepherd's Hut near Oban

Get away from it all in our shepherd's hut located just outside the village of Connel and only a ten minute drive from the bustling seaside town of Oban. The accommodation is located on our family croft (we live on site near to the shepherds hut) with ducks, hens, Hebridean sheep and our two ponies as your closest neighbours. We are surrounded by abundant wildlife such as pine martens and red deer and have outstanding views over unspoiled countryside towards the slopes of Ben Cruachan.

Get away from it all when you stay in the Wee Beach Hut a custom build shepherds hut with its own enclosed area surrounded by farmland .The beach is a 5 minute walk. Perfect for kayaking,paddle boarding or just plain old swimming. Go wild in the water or sit and sip a sundowner on the decking. Surrounded by fields there can on occasion be farm smells and sounds of tractors sowing,spreading or harvesting.

Arran Shepherds Hut

Shepherds Hut for 2 located on the outskirts of Lamlash, within walking distance of the village and on the bus route. Sitting slightly elevated from the village and in the countryside. It’s a homely small space, with double bed, compact kitchen and a shower room. There are 2 chairs and some fold out tables a tv, with Prime, Netflix and internet. Parking is just outside the hut, designated to you only and the hot tub on the patio. Nov-feb the price does not include the hot tub
