Our second home is a mix of mid-century modern and "cabin in the woods." It sits on 2 heavily wooded acres and backs up to a mountainside with rock outcroppings. The main living area (living room, dining area, and kitchen) is raised about 4 steps, and the bedroom and bath areas are on the main level. There is one large bathroom with a shower. There is an electric fireplace surrounded by ledge stone in front of the u-shaped built-in sofa. There is abundant reading material & 2 TV's.

Sit still in this country setting while exploring Historic Pulaski or Lynville, explore Davey Crockett State Park 30 minutes away, 45-60 minutes from Franklin, Nashville, and Huntsville. Centrally located to explore Middle Tennessee and Northern Alabama. One bedroom with 1 double bed. A 6 foot couch in bedroom can flatten and serve as a comfortable bed. The window views are peaceful and this house has its own large yard, a grill and chill patio, and the cutest little miniature horses and donkey just next door at the Superhost's house. Dogs only. Located east of Athens/ 10 -12 minute drive to I-65 and Hwy 72/ 15 minute drive to Madison/30 minutes to Huntsville/Extra parking available.
