Part of a small group of exclusive holiday homes, located behind the sand dunes, with the beach just a short short stroll beyond. An idyllic setting with simply breathtaking scenary all around.

Harben Cottage in the green hills of Ardara
Harben Cottage is a 150 year old traditional stone cottage - 5mins drive from the Heritage Town of Ardara (20mins walk). Set amongst lush green hills & sitting next to a bubbling mountain stream. A mixture of new and old; low doorways, a turf fireplace, water supplied from a mountain spring, but also a gas cook top, oven, microwave, WIFI, & central heating. NB: that the toilet & shower are housed in outside annex - this may not suit everyone but adds a touch of authenticity for the brave!

Built 180+ years ago, this newly renovated stone cottage is situated in an area locally known as "Up the Glen" just 5 minute drive from Kilcar village. If peace and quiet, Country views, rambling walks or to just look up at the stars is what you are looking for, then this is the place for you! The cottage is wifi and TV free. And with limited phone service in the valley (but can be found close by) its a beautiful place for a digital detox. Many local attractions with in 10-20 minute drive.

This modern, luxurious cottage is truly special. It is located in the Tawnawully mountains by Lough Eske. It is set on 12 acres with a river running through it and a tumbling waterfall right by the cottage. Only 15 minutes drive to Donegal town, which has some really nice restaurants and bars. There is a castle to explore in the town and a wonderful craft village with a very good cafe. Ten minutes drive to Harveys Point and twelve minutes from Lough Eske castle, both reputable 5 * hotels.

Paddys thatched cottage is a recently renovated property built circa 1880 set on 7 acres of farmland & still retains the original features/character including the internal exposed stone wall & large fireplace making it very cosy. This area is very popular for trail walking in the hills or the purpose built walkways. Outdoor activities are plentiful such as kayaking, sea swimming, guided rock climbing & golfing. If the weather doesn't permit you can always light the stove & put the feet up.
