Clifden Farmhouse is in a fantastic location in the peaceful Connemara countryside with unbeatable views of the 12 Bens yet only a 7 min walk to Clifden town center with its wonderful restaurants and bars and easy access to the many stunning beaches. Mary, the host, has been hosting guests in her home for over 20 years but has only recently joined AirBNB and is keen to welcome back guests. Situated in the heart of the Burren which is a karst landscape with cliffs, caves, archaeological sites and vast array of flowers and plants. Close proximity to the Michael Cusack Centre, Burren Perfumery, Poulnabrone Dolmen , Caherconnell and Cahercommaun Forts. Some of the most beautiful walks begin in Carron which are mapped out to hike on your own. My home is next to the Cusack Way walk. Wild Atlantic Cosy Haven, Ensuite Bedroom

Indulge your dream to wake up to stunning uninterrupted views of the Wild Atlantic ocean and the hypnotic sounds of the waves outside your window. Our house is located on top of the cliff overlooking Liscannor Bay, 1 km south of Hags Head, the most southerly point of the Cliffs of Moher. I am the 5th generation of our family occupying this Wild Atlantic Outpost and I am happy to share our home with you. A car is essential to explore this area as we are located 5km from a bus stop!

My place is in the heart of the city , walking distance to all amenities, bus and train stations, theatre and restaurants. 5 mins walk to Eyre Square City centre. Very quiet and relaxing stay guaranteed. I hope you will like my home, located in a little green oasis in the city centre. Please also check availability of Double, En-suite double, and Single rooms. Unfortunately we cannot let guests use our kitchen and living room. No PARKING AVAILABLE, parking in nearby carpark.

It is beside the sea shore and has unrivalled views over Galway Bay. It is a perfect location for visiting Galway and enjoying all that the city has to offer. It is also an ideal base for touring Connemara, the Wild Atlantic Way or visting the Aran Islands.

Overlooking the cascading waterfall of the Owenglen river, it is the perfect base to explore the surrounding local walks, cycle routes and many beautiful pristine beaches. The house is a stones throw from the bustling market town of Clifden where you can enjoy fantastic pubs, restaurants, live music, and independent boutiques.

Own car ESSENTIAL (not suitable for cyclists/pedestrians as no public transport nearby. It takes nearly 2 hrs to walk from Doolin or Lahinch) Minimum 2 nights stay. Apologies, no children or dogs. One of 3 rented rooms in our home. Single bunk beds in private room. Shared kitchen, Sitting room and bathroom. 10 minutes drive to Doolin, Lahinch, the Burren National Park and the Cliffs of Moher. Continental breakfast included.
