There is a separate bedroom with a king size bed, closet, and sitting area. As this loft is above a few other lofts, we ask that guests do not have extra people over, as it bothers the tenants and guests underneath this loft, and that they remove shoes in the loft Accessible only by one set of stairs.

One bedroom, basement apartment in well kept house. The apartment is furnished with antiques and set on the corner of a farm with good views. The apartment has a private entrance and parking just outside the door. We are a retired but active couple who live upstairs. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker and is stocked with coffee, tea, coffee fixings, snacks, and light breakfast items. We are 25 minutes to downtown Lynchburg and 20 minutes to Appomattox.

Take a walk on the original wagon train road down to a stream or bath your senses in the majestic view of Jump Mountain from the meadow.

Guests will enjoy walking the property, following Spring Creek, and exploring the remains of an old, hand-built stone dam in the woods. Birdwatchers will find an abundance of species.
