Farm stay in a large off-grid tipi

Want to be surrounded by nature? Listen to animal sounds? Eat quality food? You're in the right place! As this is off-grid, there is no running water at the tipi but an outdoor shower is free for all guests to use at the farm. We offer: drinking water from a fountain and a water tank by the outhouse. A solar battery with one outlet for phone charging. A compost toilet is a few feet away. 3 beds are available: 1 double and 2 singles. A firepit with a grill and lounging chairs are on site.

The “Jammer” comes with a queen bed, bathroom with toilet and vanity, a kitchen equipped with a mini fridge, electric burner, sink, and coffee bar. You’ll have a shower/toilet shed and campfire area to enjoy as well as the specious, 16’ tent and a gorgeous view! We are minutes from Sharon Springs and 25 minutes to Cooperstown. We have bedding, towels, blankets and pillows ! Feel free bring your favorite pillows! There is no drinking water provided ! Our goal is to provide you with all the necessities and a place to make memories.

Take a walk in nature on the trail we made, explore the public land close by or we have a bench set up to sit and listen to the birds & waterfall. (We do try to spray for mosquitos) bring your gear and Go fishing on one of the nearby lakes (36 within a six mile radius of Marcellus). We are located close to Swiss Valley ski resort, And the wedding/event venues Gable Hill and The Red Barns.

You will have exclusive use of the campsite, our Tipi hideaway is perfect for anyone who loves being outdoors, sleeping under the stars, without sacrificing the comforts of home. When you come up our lane, stop at our house and we will take you to the site. You can drive to it. Please read and understand all our rules before you visit.

Just a little over an hour away from the Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. ** I am trying to stay open during the winter months for the first time. The weather over 32 degrees.
